DuraComm is your complete source for ultra-reliable AC to DC switch-mode power supplies, DC to DC power converters, battery management and charging systems, power distribution, wind power generators and a host of complementary accessories.

DuraComm markets an extensive portfolio of OEM/Industrial power supplies for a variety of applications and needs. From simple desktop units to sophisticated rack mount battery management systems, we have a complete line of products ready to ship out of our new warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri.

As we have grown over the last 23 years, so has our “build to suit” business. Customers have learned that sometimes “off-the-shelf” is not exactly what they need. Fortunately, our modular approach and talented design staff make a terrific team to satisfy those unique requirements in a timely and cost-effective way. All of our products come with a standard 3-year warranty. Many have US and International safety approvals.

DuraComm is also a distributor of Mean Well power supply products.

Because DuraComm designs and manufactures in its Kansas City facility, it is able to customize and manufacture in smaller quantities giving extra flexibility to its customers’ demands.

Value Statement 

DuraComm values a culturally diverse workforce and welcomes people of all cultures to consider DuraComm as an employee when openings arise. DuraComm is comprised of people from several minority backgrounds, including women, Asian-Americans, Hispanics and African Americans. These minorities make up over 63 percent of its workforce.

The company continues to reach out to culturally diverse organizations in its efforts to develop future employee relationships. These include the Neighbors United For Action (NUFA), Asian-American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City, the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as a participant in its Diversity programs.

It also includes targeting minority board members for The Command and General Staff College, Kansas City Jazz Orchestra, Sister City Association and Park University international Center of music, which are supported by DuraComm CEO Benny Lee. Each of these organizations also seek to attract minorities, which is important to DuraComm as well in terms of attracting qualified minority employees.
